I cried dropping my 2 off at 6 months, they’re now 2 have been to the cattery multiple times always come back happy and i get to enjoy the holiday knowing they are safe and cared for! Still hard leaving them though 🥰

I’m in the kitty trenches not sure I can cope with the meowing on a night we’re doing everything and more for him cosy bed bed snuggles food etc he’s in a huge crate it’s night 2 😭

Ours stayed at home with people they know looking after them and I cried the whole way to the airport. I was worried they’d hate me but they were the same as they normally are when I got home. We hate it they think we’re out hunting 😂

My baby is 3 and I still cry like this every time we drop her off. She can’t manage being at home due to anxiety if we’re not here. The cattery are amazing and love her!

I left my 3 for a week not long ago. I paid a cat sitter to come in and visit them. she was amazing. the girls struggled a bit with me being gone. thought about them all the time 😂😂

There’s an app u can download that shows u local pet sitters that come to hrs house . That’s what I do I can’t leave mine x

He will be fussed and loved! My kids used to come along and read to the kitties in the place I helped at. Getting them used to going different places is really beneficial too, if you ever need to be in hospital god forbid, at least you know hes familiar with the people at the cattery, because when they have never been in one before and have to go in when they are older it is really stressful for them. We moved country so ours needed to be in boarding before and after flying, luckily they where used to meeting new people and we never had any issue with them being scared after collecting them ect. So look at it as socialising time for him x
