First of all it is not unlawful to film minor. It it was, store cameras and street cameras and dash cams and police cams would be in jail for filming minors 24/7. Next cops need to be fired for misconduct by corrupting legal conduct into a crime and pay damages$$$$ Business owners that call the cops need to be charged either abusing emergency services and should osy damages.
