You should visit Appalachia when you get time...there's a reason so many Irish and Scottish people settled there...it won't take away all the homesickness, but it might help. We are glad you're here, though!

Girl I had a complete mental breakdown when we moved here, it was actually so hard 😣. Something that helped me was telling myself I can go home if I wanted. Do you think you and your hubby will want to move to Scotland when he’s out of the military?
