Tucson has one of the most corrupt governments. even their police. I went on a ride along once and a bunch of cops were talking on the scene of an accident about how pissed they were that a rookie turned in their lieutenant when caught DUI. they thought the rookie should have called the Sargent and let him deal with it or just called him a cab. never went on another ride along
