Ppl are such hypocrites... if that was a melanated person most of y'all would've said "they need to comply". But since he's yt now "police is power trippin" 😆... All he had to do was give his identification, take the citation, and get the dog off the beach. Everybody should know if u fail to identify, they take u to jail. That's why he got arrested!! And to see so many ppl side with the guy is ridiculous. He caused this situation on himself. He was sitting on the bench, with a dog, in front of the "no dogs allowed" sign. And he wasn't returning somebody's dog, that dog was very familiar with him... so much that the dog didn't even wanna go with the woman. U can't pick n choose who should "comply" with the police.
