Ok so I read the updates after this & they're definitely divorcing. He did sleep with the friend, they were talking on a separate app. The friend came clean & gave intimate details to prove the infidelity to OP. Daughter is living with OP bc of this new info. OP also detailed that she'd previously cheated as well but only kissing so they've obviously had issues for awhile. I hope everyone goes to therapy

Something is fishy here. The daughter gave her friend her father's number after the friend said for YEARS that she wants him? The daughter was also there when her friend flashed her father? And is still friends with her friend but not speaking to the mom? Check in with the wife when she finds out he's in a relationship with the friend.

Dad didn’t need to tell their daughter how mom reacted. That was wrong. I think he’s jumping the gun & should try therapy. His wife was wrong but she recognized it. But he should’ve never brought his & her mom’s issues to his daughter. So wrong. Maybe they’ll get divorced but therapy would still help with coparenting.

I read this one last week there is more to the story. Daughter finds out the friend and dad were having an affair the entire time and made up the messages to get a divorce so they could be together. Shocked you hadn’t seen it.
