I’ve used both methods as in loose tension and the Plant on aswell but I now do the plant on method, easier, quicker still get the same result other than you don’t see the shaker from inside but how did your MDF not bow in the sun! Might sound silly but I put a gazebo up or glue up inside if possible, other than that, great work 👍🏻

Sorry mate love your work. If the customer doesn’t have the money for proper shaker doors it makes sense but they won’t last long and maybe invest in a 23g pin gun I wouldn’t use miter glue for it
