In my language we pronounce every single letter the words have. Vocals give always the same sounds. Imagine trying to learn English after that, because there isn't any real rules on what letters are pronounced, how the vocals are pronounced differently from how they are written, and within every rule there is there are multiple exceptions 😵💫 Who the hell made the written form to this language?

I didn't know that ibuprofen was pronounced - 'I boo pro fen right'? I asked for (pronouncing) 'ooh be pro feen' - cause that's how my mum says it to me, so I had no idea I was pronouncing it wrong. I'm 31.. 🤣🤣
