my job is to clean and inspect those types of network. It seems to me that it's a septic network. instead of having a tank, the waste goes back to the city and gets treated. Unless there's a problem with one of the pipes, no outside water should get into the network. Meaning that your lawn will be fine. Tho i would strongly advise not to do any kind of activities in the manhole😂
