1. Don’t re-record yourself over and over. 2. Be in your most natural environment that allows the ideas to flow (I.e. going for a walk) . 3. Post more frequently so it becomes second nature.

I agree with you completely on this. When I started content creation, I had scripts but they didn’t allow me fully be myself in front of the camera. I have stopped using scripts and it is easier to just talk. Instead, I use bullet points. I also found out that for me to be my natural self on camera, I have to be relaxed and comfortable. Today, I sat on the floor to speak to the camera and it was better. I also agree with one or at most two takes. If I make a mistake in the first take, I just correct myself and edit it out. No need to go over and over the same thing when I can just edit it out. Also, when I get an idea, I have to rush to the camera and say it or the energy will go down. Thank you so much for this.
