This helped me and my grandma so much. We even have the same Shop Vac but lack the attachment so we have to do the hand thing or use a rag to seal the suction

I have 3 split units and they all drip mostly at night it has been a nightmare. Me and my husband just tried this out hopefully it helped! Update coming soon!

Doesn’t work for mini splits. Pull the cover, remove the blower wheel, pan and clean.
