I hate eeeek milia! I found using moisturiser made these worse--I use a serum now and seen such a difference....if not its a pin job!

I use a sterilised fine needle to pierce skin. Depending on where it’s lodged they squeeze out easily then. It’s very satisfying. Go with caution if it is close to the eye area though.
