Get the library card girl. It’s worth it in the long run especially if you get the Libby app. They have thousands of free audiobooks mama.

Seriously, I know everyone is already telling you to get a library card, but I canceled my KU subscription and reduced my Audible down to the lowest possible subscription after I got Libby. And with my card I have access to 3 different municipal library systems around my city. It’s been an amazing 3 years since I switched.

Hear me out, check if your library has baby/toddler sing along or storytimes run by staff. Breaks up the day and gives a double reason to venture out. Hope that’s not just a UK thing. I loved them with my babies, probably because they were free though and I’m tight. Borrowbox saved me soo much cash.

You can apply for some library cards online. I have 4 of them because some locations don’t require being a local resident. Haven’t paid for a book in 2 years.

i have kindle unlimited. I get to burrow 20 books. I only buy Kindle books that are 4.99 lol or 5.99 I know what author you talking about lol yeah for whatever reason there Kindle books are expensive lol no thanks you can keep it. Ku is my best friend and I hate Libby and hoopla bc I have wait several months to burrow book no thanks lol I just do kindle unlimited lol 🤣
