And being rude to the rep helping you when they're not the ones that make the rules in the first place is CRAZY WORK! CSRs, what has been your most difficult caller? Mine was a girl who called in, she had just broken up with her boyfriend and was no longer going on the trip, when I told her there was a fee, she starting screaming, like a death scream and cursing and calling me every name in the name in the book.
