Kaisen just opened inside Blodgett Food Hall, serving high-end takeaway sushi out of automated lockers, and it’s legit. I went all in on their premium Toyosu-market nigiri set (fatty tuna with caviar, salmon with ikura, and thick-cut pieces you rarely see), plus a sashimi rice bowl and buttery Chutoro from Spain.
