I would love a trainer who understands EDS 😭 I have torn labrum in my hip, herniated discs, and ruptured ligaments and people just don’t get the struggle of trying to lift with EDS

I don’t feel my glutes at all in anything !!! I tried to do glute bridges and only felt it in my quads or hamstrings. Never my glutes. I walk lot still never feel my damn glutes too

I think I started doing this instinctively in the last few years. But it’s so much of a mental exercise 1. Tense muscle 2. Check posture 3. Lock abs 4. Tuck pelvis 5. Unlock knees 6. Breathe… and repeat Rep 2 🥲
