oil trick - sometimes fried food sticks to papertowel. you can use a paper bag, it absorbs the oil really well and less expensive than paper towel 😊

My oil burns my chicken .. like if I left mine in for 30 minutes it would be burnt the oil and the chicken.. what am I doing wrong ?
