@theplanttechie: 🍃Why are your fig leaves turning yellow? 🍂 If you’ve noticed this happening, you’re not alone—and it’s usually a sign of plant stress. One of the biggest culprits? Overwatering, underwatering, or a root-bound fig stuck in a tight container. 😬 Swipe or look closer at this rootball… totally wrapped up and struggling to breathe! 🫣 That stress leads to yellowing leaves and poor nutrient flow. But here’s the good news: 🙌 ✅ Get it into the ground ✅ Loosen those roots ✅ Give it stable watering and nutrients …and your fig can bounce back with fresh new growth 💪 👇Got fig problems of your own? Drop them in the comments! Let’s troubleshoot together 🌱 #figtreecare #figproblems #yellowleaves #rootboundplants #growfigs

My Brown Turkey fig has leaves that are curling. The leaves have dark spots on both sides. I believe it is a fungal infection.

Hi! Just planted a fig tree on the Isle of Palms, SC (near charleston) about a month ago. Lost most of the leaves and the fruit (no surprise it was 100+ degrees). There is new growth but looks awful. Leggy and limbs growing on the ground. Can I prune it back now or should I sit tight until the end of winter? Thanks for your videos.
