you cant rebuild enamel...but you can prevent from future damage, but yes these tablets are amazing. I LOVE IT! went to the dentist and have cavities and other problems. 3 months later went back & he said "did you go somewhere to get work done" ...NOPE!!! SURE DID NOT !

It changed my teenagers teeth dramatically. The “tips” of his teeth used to be almost translucent & they look solid now. They also whitened it naturally. I didn’t want him using those harsh teeth white whitening strips.
