walahi I used dis zamzam water with those verses you mention when I went to hajji, walahi b4 I went I had fibroid n now the fibroid is nt there again. I started observing am ok b4 I left Makkah cos I no longer feel the movement of the fibroid. I did scan for confirmation n walahi nothing is there again.
