Let’s be mindful tho. too much protein can be harmful. I’m only saying this because of this new protein culture, pushing for every meal to have an excessive amount of protein. Kids 4-8 should have 19 grams, 9-14 34 grams, and 14-18 ≈50 grams.

the fiber in it can be rlly helpful for kids that struggle w constipation too! just make sure theyre drinking a good amount of water with it or it might make it worse instead (just how fiber works, needs good hydration to digest properly)

As a picky (/austistic) child who had a lot of trouble trying new foods smoothies are also an amazing and delicious way to get nutrients! Strawberry smoothies with vanilla protein powder are still my main protein intake lol 🥰
