I always have music on and my playlist is chill & typically anyone who paddles by my compliments my music or wants to know what I’m listening to. People for YEARS have been blasting music on the River. I definitely agree that it’s obnoxious but people aren’t gonna stop. Just go in the early morning during the week day.
