College isn't only about the context of the courses. It's about resiliency, problem solving, time management and professional development. High School students don't have those skills in most cases. So I'm hiring the college Grad. Sorry Ben!

What frustrates me about these kinds of people is their hypocrisy. They claim to support capitalism — where you do a job and get paid — yet they criticize anything that’s given for free, while expecting others to work for free themselves. You can’t have it both ways.

Even though I don't like this man, first controversial opinions and racism. But he's not wrong on one thing, people should not be paying thousands of dollars to go to college for a degree they may not even use after. Not to mention all the debit will be in. If you're gonna have degree in college, do it for a doctor or a lawyer or those types of careers that require. Nowadays jobs will hire anyone that doesn't have a degree, as long as they're willing to learn the material

I graduated college, studied finance. I then got a job working for a tax services company. My schooling absolutely did help me transition. School gave me the background about the industry, as well as the experience in excel, which I use everyday at my job.
