Ecco cosa funziona DAVVERO: ⚡ Attivazione da seduti → Piedi sollevati, schiena neutra, addome che si chiude verso l'interno. Lavori sul trasverso, il muscolo che ""tira dentro"" la pancia. ⚡ Consapevolezza addominale → Mani sull'addome, senti dove stai lavorando. Smetti di spingere la pancia in fuori. ⚡ Inclinazioni laterali → Movimento lento e controllato. Attivi gli obliqui, migliori la postura. ⚡ Sollevamento gamba alternato → Non conta quanto alzi. Conta quanto stabilizzi il busto. 💡 Un addome piatto non si costruisce con la FORZA.
