As a CNA this hurts to see! I love my residents down! People who place their love ones in a nursing home or any living facility they are depending on us to care for their love ones. I see my residents not only as my residents but as my grand parents, mothers, fathers, uncles and such! This is unacceptable 😡

This is why I refused putting my Mom in a facility when she had cancer. It took everything out of me to care for her and work but I was to scared for anyone else to care for her.

this happened to my grampa and my uncle put a camera in his room in a stuff animal and they were taking his food hitting is wounds from surgery never turning him causing bed sores ..until my uncle took it in his own hands n caused some damage to the so caregivers.he had to pay court fines n get anger management but they were fired loss their licenses and the company had to pay my family large amount my grampa passed a year later .and things like this breaks my heart cuz it hits home with me🥺

that's where u don't call the law... i build a small cabin deep in the woods, i stock it with lots of fun toys, and then that " caretaker " gets a all inclusive paid package for a vacation in the woods. pay no attention to the big deep hole behind d the cabin, that's for a " pool"

I worrked in a hospice facility. I vowed I would never put my parents in a home. I stopped my life to care for them for 10 years until they passed I fulfilled their wish. No regrets

these care givers as well as daycare workers make about 11 dollars an hour... let that set in when you decide to put your most loved people in their care. to most it's just a job... ☹️
