Haven’t finished watching this yet, but you made me think of how children essentially do the same thing in a capitalist system. They encourage people to have children because a person who has children is more likely easier to be controlled. They know many parents are not, for example, going to go on strike at their place of employment because they can’t risk losing a job when they need to feed a family.
