I’m with EE and due an upgrade. A number rang me saying they were from EE and discussed upgrades. Obviously, I believed this and when they asked for my bank details it was a huge red flag as an upgrade is done automatically from the details they have. When I told them they were scammers they left me abusive voicemails 🙃 so scary!!

I got scammed by sky, London number rang me, offered 40% odd my bill, they knew all my acct details, changed my acct name & everything 🤯

yep mu cousin got scam use a pre paid card or a on line card just for online shopping don't use your main cards

I have stopped answering any calls now and if they leave a message I Google the company number and call back. I have been scammed one too many times.

during covid and insurance phoned me, knew all my details and I thought it was my company, I lost 19yrs of life policies for me and my husband, two £75,000 policies were cashed in, not a thing could be done, no trace, made me ill
