I checked this out. It says that they have some bad side effects, especially people with high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney problems, heart problems. Why would I want to put myself in that situation even though I don’t have any of those problems. And then I checked it out on Google and it says it’s not scientifically proven that you can lose weight this way.

It works but you have to be careful because the vinegar and lemon and limes are acidic so if acidic substances cause you issues - BE CAREFUL
