It certainly fixed the excessive shedding for me and breakage from my crown. I got braids and a derma roll and did my entire scalp once a week and since I’ve taken them out.. no shedding. Before I started/got the braids.. hair just coming out! It works. Takes time. Recommend 3xs a week I believe.
