I use an IUD for progesterone and pellets for estrogen and testosterone since the patch didn’t absorb well for me.

Just because a woman consumes 300 calories more per day does not necessarily mean she’s burning 300 calories per day. It may just be it stimulates appetite so that women are consuming more calories

How do I get prescribed bioidentical progesterone? I’m in Long Island New York. My gyno and a specialist both only prescribed the synthetic version and 44 and I’m having tremendous breakthrough bleeding very frequently two weeks apart and I really would prefer the bio identical form.

So crazy because so many of us gain weight and have bloating from it. I think the weight gain is from the irrational hunger it causes.. but it keeps me out of prison.

Taking 100 mg int the morning and 100 mg before bed that works best i swear!!! And I combine it with estrogen patch!! First i had some weird effects.. but the key i pushhh trough
