@thekuwaitichef: 🥔 بطاط المهروس - Mashed Potatoes 🥔 للمزيد من الوصفات تابعوني على صفحتي @thekuwaitichef @thekuwaitichef المكونات: بطاط: ٤-٦ حبات كريمة طبخ: كوب مطيبات: روزماري ، اوريغانو ، زعتر بري ثوم: ٣ فصوص زبدة باردة: صبع كامل او اكثر ملح: حسب الرغبة كمية الزبدة والكريمة المستخدمة ليست دقيقة لعدة أسباب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كل منزل يفضل البطاطا المهروسة بقوام ونكهة معينة. أنصح بإضافة الزبدة والكريمة تدريجياً حتى تصل إلى القوام والطعم اللي يناسبك Ingredients : Potatoes: 4–6 pieces Cooking cream: 1 cup or more Aromatics: rosemary, oregano, thyme Garlic: 3 cloves Cold butter: 1 stick or more Salt: to taste The amount of butter and cream used is not exact for multiple reasons. Additionally, every household prefers their mashed potatoes with a specific consistency and flavor.
