I dont know why but McDonald’s helped. Either the salt from the fries or Coca Cola helped.

I'm 21 weeks and I'm always exhausted and have headaches off and on but if they continue to talk to your doctor because it might be a sign of preeclampsia

I was the same and read that Magnesium could help. It was already in my prenatal but I take an extra pill at night of magnesium glycinate and I’ve been good! Also TONS of water. Hang in there!

So on my second pregnancy I refused to take Tylenol so I had someone tell me to get canned Coca Cola (the red one) and put it in the freezer to the point where it slushes then I would drink it and it helps so much. Try it and tell me!

I also graduated from nausea to headaches when I got into 2nd trimester. Magnesium has been helping, and I think the baby aspirin they put me on (for being old) is helping as well.
