This isn’t an argument but a query. Based on your observations explained in this video, it sounds like most romantic, especially the ones portrayed in movies, are limerance and not love.

Thank you for talk about this! It makes perfect sense. I also wonder if it depends on where you are in your life. Trauma response is different and can happen at anytime in life. I’m talking about as a young woman in your 20’s experiencing love or what we think is love compared to someone in the 50’s who was married and now starting over and looking for love again. There’s so much experience, you are wiser and hopefully you’ve done the work on yourself, so that you know what you’re getting into.
