@ganew879: What type of cable is recommended for socket outlets and what is its power handling capacity? 2.5mm wire is typically use for Socket Outlet The load capacity of 2.5mm wire is the maximum electrical current, measured in amps, that it can safely carry without overheating or causing damage. To determine the number of appliances it can support in a single-phase system, we calculate the power using the formula: Power = Current x Voltage. Given that the current capacity of 2.5mm cable ranges from 20 to 25amps based on the ambient temperature, and assuming a current of 20amps and a voltage of 240 volts, we get: Power = 20 x 240 = 4800 watts. Therefore, 2.5mm copper cable can handle up to 4800 watts of appliances rating under normal operating conditions. Appliances are also rated in watts.e.g Pressing Iron is 110watt Safety : A 2.5mm cable is suitable for Socket Outlet and handle up to 4800 watts. To ensure safety and prevent overloading, it is recommended to use not more than 80% of the circuit's maximum capacity, which is 3840 watts for this cable. Therefore, the total wattage of the appliances should not exceed 3840 watts when the sockets outlet are in radial connection. See examples of numbers of appliances that can be use on socket outlet in the video below. Safety Note : Always consult with a qualified electrician if you have any doubts about electrical wiring or safety. Thanks. #electricaltutorial #electricalinstallation #everyoneシ゚

This 4mm, I don't think it is suitable for standing ACs most especially the non inverter ACs. would you recommend 6mm be used instead ?
