@audreybakes: Mini chocolate chip muffins 🍫🤎 *Makes 48-60 mini muffins depending on the size (mini muffin tins can vary slightly). I know it sounds like a lot but these go so quickly in my house 😭 Ingredients: ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 1 tbsp vegetable oil ¾ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temp ½ cup full-fat sour cream (or Greek yogurt), room temp ½ cup milk, room temp 1½ tsp vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping if you want) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a mini muffin pan. Whisk the melted butter, oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Then add in the eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, don't overmix. Scoop into mini muffin liners and top with extra chips. Bake at 350°F for 10-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool and enjoy! These mini muffins are so cute and delicious, you need to try making them! #bakingrecipe #muffins #chocolatechip #EasyRecipe
