Hey babe, you could take a look into histamine reducers when it gets to this time as well as looking at your diet and making it lower in histamine at least when you start getting closer to the time it should help a bit if it’s pmdd :)

all the women in my family have pmdd! birth control and some sort of antihistamine when i feel like this is really good for me. and zoloft LOL

hi!!! i have pmdd and this is how it makes me feel. i had to get on birth control to skip my periods. it’s sometimes described as experiencing postpartum depression every month and this can come with irrational anger etc. please look into it !!

im 16 and broke up w my boyfriend only on my periods and would become super empathetic and feel a lot more when on my period and lash out a lot and get annoyed and feel numb for no reason. i normally have low empathy so its weird having it on my period uhh is pmdd a possibility 😭
