Cardiac nurse here! I see a lot of syncope on my unit and this is not convulsive syncope. Patients with convulsive syncope typically drop and have convulsive movements while they’re unconscious but wake up within seconds. This is some type of grand mal seizure, whether it’s epileptic or not is up for testing. I saw you describe a feeling of falling from a tall height right before your episodes. That sensation I believe is more unique to epileptic seizures. If you are talking about the “epigastric rising” sensation like your on a tall rollercoaster going down a hill. My

as someone with pots and seizure issues, this looks a lot more like a seizure then anything pots related. you need a brain scan done to rule epileptic activity out for the doctor to be confidently saying it's just pots related

I'm sorry I don't know much about convolsive syncope but I grew up with all epileptic parent, and this is very much seizure activity 😢 push the Dr's and don't let them gaslight you 💕
