it's really sad.. the greed of the organizers are unreal. they need to expand the faire, instead of expanding the parking lot. they need to stop committing tax evasion and let people use cards for food. they need to designate more shade cooling off areas they need to have actual jousting, and fighting. CO renfaire is unfortunately ran to squeeze money.

Ren faires have become super popular and the organizers are running them like theme parks, reseller/dropshipper/3D printer vendors have taken over and crowd etiquette is gone. Lets go back to gatekeeping

they need to do timed tickets at minimum or daily tickets they literally ran out of food a few weekends ago. also no unique shops anymore everything is drop shipp3d and over priced

was born and raised here. stopped going out to do things because everywhere is crowded. takes three hours now most the time yo get from denver the Idaho springs. when it only used too take 30

what gets me is the people who camp the front rows of the Rose Stage all day so no1 else can have the opportunity to sit there. its the worst when jack the wipper is there.

They also used live elephants. when restrictions were imposed on exotic animals being used for entertainment, they found ways around it by getting ‘educational permits’ but this year is the first the division of wildlife denied it. It was also shown they left the petting zoo animals in the sun with no water all day, which they have remediated this year (but only because they got caught)

Pirate's Weekend is the worst by far. Opening and Children's weekend are the slowest, Saturdays are always more crowded than Sundays, but the faire is always popular. It's just the way is everywhere. 🤷🏻♀️

Everything in Colorado is overcrowded. Everyone moved here from California and Utah and Texas during the pandemic. They ruin all the camp grounds with trash. There’s more cops out now because no one can drive here because their used to driving in flat place with no mountains.

It’s because its the first time tickets have ever sold out online and they have been trying to reduce the amount of tickets and people. I honestly think it’s because medieval times and movies and just life is really right now cause i swear it’s never this bad
