these wanna be youtube attorneys have zero idea what they are talking about. cop doesn't need to show proof on the stop. pa v mimms says you must get out of the vehicle when ordered too. also its a law in all 50 states if stopped for a legal reason you must provide ID. driver doesn't determine legal reason the courts do.

Arguing with the cop on the side of the road over a speeding ticket is a losing game. Explaining, pleading, guilt and sympathy all have some small chance of working, but arguing has none.
