To me, a dad bod doesn't look gym strong, it's functional strong. ie the muscles are there but not defined because he doesn't work out he just lifts his toddler a lot and carries all the groceries in one trip lol.

it's no where near equal? "Dad bod" cannot be given an objective definition, it varies from person to person depending on their environment. "No makeup" can be given an objective definition, which is a bare human face that will not change after wiping with micellar water.
