He may be hustling, but it ain’t quick. He seems to be new and is starting to get good. Fast is not fast. Smooth is fast. He needs to be calling off a couple of slots ahead at all times. He’s double handling cases. If they have a wrap machine. There is no need to take the time to wrap. Speed does not get you paid. Efficiency does. If he becomes smooth, he could go half the speed and pull just as high. I do very much applaud the work ethic. By the way, I have been working in a grocery warehouse for 15 years. This is not criticism. If he was in my warehouse. I would recognize the hard work, and then give him pointers to make his life easier.

na I work warehouse and guys run like this they go from $33 to over $40 an hour. its called incentive and guys make bank over $2k a week. and they stay in shape.

I worked in a warehouse EXACTLY like this only difference was it was a 30 degree below 0 freezer warehouse. we got paid 10 cents a case we put on.
