One lady said “oh my God! -You have some many ideas!” She was so annoyed because she could never :) all I said was “it’s not hard, just put students fist and think outside of the box.” ;)

I had a previous director try to get me written up for “dressing up” and she pulled me into two separate meetings. One was to tell me “I usually dress up but my staff can dress super casual.” Then the second was to say I did not have to wear heels to meet with business owners. Ma’am I’m 5’0 and my work pants don’t accompany my height. When the complaints wouldn’t stick, she started using some of the other methods. So glad I left
