If you go out and get a picture of the license plate in the truck number, you can report it to Amazon. Sadly, the driver will be written up, but it’s their fault because it’s illegal to block somebody in.

If he’s eating inside, he should have parked. He should have taken it to go and find a shaded area to eat. I deliver with usps I would not do that. It should of been a hop and stop.. to deliver a package and leave.

The truck will still take up two spots even if it’s parked so this is a pass and safer for the driver to easily pull away. Some people can’t keep their two cents to themselves
