Can someone please tell me if I’m losing it, didn’t we have these car seats back in the day? I swear I had this type of car seat for my (now adult) kids back in the mid to late 90’s.

My sister had a booster seat of some sort like that. It swung open to the side and then buckled in across the lap. I think there were then two shoulder straps that buckled into that piece too.
