Well there is another lawsuit that the community will be paying for. Police should have qualified immunity removed and be all9wed to be surd individually, that will cause them to perhaps think first.

I AM THE LAW :
I've said for years get rid of qualified immunity make officers liable for there crimes ..I GUARANTEE crimes by police would drop by 99% then city's would save millions that could be spent on legitimate needs in society.
