The cost to operate a restaurant is very high. Minimum wage is $20 in Seattle, minimum salary for salaried chefs& managers will be $80k 1/26. Food cost has been rising and at an all time high.

yeah, company's will always pass on cost from the wild taxes those pple vote for, I hope company's just leave there, this reminds me of the new rent "cap", now instead of finding a good landlord who doesn't raise rent, ALL landlords will raise to the max every year to make sure they can afford property tax and maintenance costs, just like BWW is passing costs..😂
