I glad u said this. I’ve been seeing people say do all long runs in zone two. All mine have my heart rate zone 5. I was getting faster off that so I kept doing it.

Should my long runs be at my goal race pace? Also I’m training for a marathon, but last year when I ran the half I was at zone 4 until the last couple miles. I’m guessing zone 4 is what you mean by workout pace.
