and eat plenty of red meat (if your diet or morals allow). that extra protein with iron will aid the healing with most bone and muscle wounds.

for me it took about 2 months to get into my temporary leg. which seeing a lot of other people’s stories was sooooo fast. now almost a year post amputation i’m on my 2nd (not including the first temporary) prosthetic
