@kennylsong: chocolate sesame balls 😮💨 cant lie i like red bean filling more i messed up the chocolate - here’s how you can make: - combine 200g glutinous rice flour, 25 g sugar, pinch of salt - slowly pour in 150g boiling water while mixing - knead around until its a smooth dough - roll it into a log, and cut them into ~30g balls - flatten the ball and place your choice of filling inside - popular fillings are red bean paste, black sesame paste, i tried using a chocolate ganache situation but i definitely overcooked it - next time i’ll freeze the balls so they stay cooler while the outside cooks - Coat the outside of the balls with raw sesame seeds soaked in water - fry at a low heat (270f) until the outside is set - then crank the heat to 350f and fry until golden brown - be careful because they can explode lol
