The "powers that be" wouldn't want to round us up and put us in "wellness camps" if we didn't pose some sort of threat to the status quo. Nothing about capitalism is conducive to neurodivergence. They are antithetical. And that is scary to the oligarchy, which puts a target on our backs. It's sad that we have to make ourselves fit a society that outright rejects us.

What if it’s an evolutionary adaptation to help the species survive? In late capitalism, reproduction rates are declining. The phrase “survival of the fittest” is often misapplied to humans—we are, after all, a deeply tribal species.

I had some issues w/ fairness at a job, an injustice, so i started a union to stop it and they told lies about the union and i refuse to respect the hierarchy so im making a full-on documentary about it. It's my neurodivergence through and through.

I read someone's take that was that women have more choices in men because they have their own income, and so a lot more women choose more gentle, thoughtful, neurodivergent men, and so that genetic component is being passed on more.

I agree with this take. I have come to understand the messaging in media like Divergent to be speaking to this. People are terrified of what they can't control or understand. When we don't fit into their nice little boxes they get angry.

omg this! AND some " high functioing" late realized/late dxd ND ppl are so capable at their mask that they become perfect robots in the systems. I know many ND professionals who excelled in their career due to their OCD traits. They would even refuse to take PTO. they masked so well that they became ill, dissociated, but they didn't realize until too late it was making them sick. we are not robots!💯💜✨
